Small Crimes available July 3rd for Kindle

My crime noir thriller SMALL CRIMES will be available July 3rd as a kindle download. Published originally in 2008, SMALL CRIMES ended up topping NPR's list of best crime and mystery novels, and made many other best of the year lists, including Washington Post's. If you like noir and haven't had a chance to read SMALL CRIMES yet, it looks like Amazon and Serpent's Tail are pricing the kindle version for only $4.52, so pick it up!

"Zeltserman's breakthrough third crime novel deserves comparison with the best of James Ellroy" Publisher's Weekly, starred review

"The plot of Small Crimes ricochets out from this claustrophobic opening, and it's a thing of sordid beauty." NPR

"spare but ingeniously twisted and imbued with a glossy coating of black humor." Washington Post

"A Jim Thompson mentality on a Norman Rockwell setting... "Small Crimes" is a strong piece of work, lean and spare, but muscular where a noir novel should be, with a strong central character whom we alternately admire and despise." Boston Globe

"Classic noir, dark, funny, shocking and absolutely no compromise. The last 20 pages are truly a kick in the face. Pure magic of the blackest kind.” Ken Bruen

"Small Crimes is one of the finest dark suspense novels I've read in the past few years." Ed Gorman
